Fungi is a people-friendly dolphin who lives in Dingle Harbor. You can see him in the lower righthand corner of this photograph. One can either swim out to meet him or hire a boat for a one-hour ride. We hired a boat. Ours wasn't the only sightseeing boat out there looking for the cetacean celebrity. We shared the harbor with fishing boats and other sightseeing boats which outnumbered everything else out there by about 5:1. I enjoyed that high-speed jaunt around the harbor more than anything else we did during our time on the Dingle Peninsula (and that's saying a lot!).
